Join a Women’s Group

Small groups offer a space to feel seen, practice authentic communication, and build community with women on similar journeys.

One of the experiences that many women share is the tension between wanting to be honest and not wanting to cause harm. We've learned to soften our edges, to say things in ways that protect others' feelings, often at the expense of our own truth. There's something isolating about this pattern—like we're the only ones struggling to figure out how to be both honest and kind, how to express what we really think and feel without damaging our relationships.

While we're building a supportive community, this kind of group gives us chances to practice being more real with each other as well as take accountability for our part in relationship dynamics. These moments become opportunities to strengthen our communication skills and develop our capacity to be both honest and connected.

A big part of my personal growth has happened in groups. After more than a decade of facilitating group work, I've developed a passion for authentic communication, especially among women who are ready to use their voices—both in their relationships and for the causes they care about.
